The proprietors of this spacious semi-detached late Victorian residence in Highbury aimed to revitalize the current living, kitchen, and dining areas to establish a more profound connection with the garden. An infill side extension, reconfiguration of the ground floor and loft addition were implemented to enrich the existing architectural framework while introducing a snug space that offers a direct view of the garden. The rear elevation was cladded with old London Yellow Stock to bring the house to its original glory. The client places significant emphasis on colour, texture, and pattern, transforming the spaces into a dream home.
