This scheme places a large contemporary basement conversion, loft alteration, rear extension, and full refurbishment. The built form has been expressed through a refined choice of materials. Whilst most of the external brickworks remained the existing, we’ve managed to restore the brickwork back to original days of glory. Vertical strips of oak have been used to connect the lower sitting area with kitchen to bring warmth to the internal spaces. The facade is playful whilst being controlled, pushing apertures in with key feature full height glassing and curved arches.
